It is certainly Larry's choice to license his software any way he chooses.

It is my choice whether or not to use it.

BK will never pollute my machine as long as simply using it will restrict me
from any other development or programming activity. I can understand it if
the source code is made available. If it's just a binary... this is going
way too far.
