SubjectRe: Linux-2.0.24

Well, I'm running 2.0.24 now, thanks,

I noticed that the sound configuration changed, but
what used to be specified in /etc/sound.conf as hex address (0x220)
and 0x330, now shows up as a default 220, which is misleading,
as I think the use of the variable shows that it probably
should have been 0x220.

I tried "make menuconf", but doesn't seem to be optimized
for screen redraws on serial lines.

I went back to make config.
