SubjectNew VGER CVS snapshot available, EXCITING!

That's right, more fun toys to play with.

All new crazy stuff in todays snapshot:

1) Mega merge with Alexey Kuznetsov, all new routing code, new
packet scheduling subsystem, bug fixes, you name it.

2) Fix for NULL ptr dereference in ethertap driver, from Alan Cox.

3) TCP bug fixes, in particular a fix for a peculiar TCP memory
leak. From Andi Kleen.

4) More progress on PPC SMP support, from Cort.

5) Usual set of fixes/updates for sparc64 from the UltraPenguin
hackers...

Now available also patch against previous snapshot as well. Get it,
torture it, report bugs, send patches, smoke a fatty. 8-)
