Subject[PATCH v4 09/27] ata: move EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL()s close to exported code
Date
Move EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL()s close to exported code like it is
done in other kernel subsystems. As a nice side effect this
results in the removal of few ifdefs.
