I am wondering if the cieling to the keyboard repeat rate value is hardware or kernel imposed; using `kbdrate' at its highest setting, which is apparently based on the kernel, yields an unsatisfactory rate. Is there some way that I might be able to artificially increase this rate? -- Scott
