Ok, I just made a 2.0.17, which fixes:
- ftape
- concurrent sbpcd accesses
- TCP connections hanging to some buggy TCP stacks (notably some printer
stacks: Emulex ethernet cards in HP printers and some Apple LaserJets).

I'll calm this down now, and if everything goes well I'll "open 2.1" by
just changing the version number in about a week..

How does 2.0.17 look?
