Subject1.3.75 Kernel oops

I'm running with:
Hardware: sound blaster 16, Adaptec 2940 (PCI SCSI), and an
AMD/Lance-compatible Racal-Interlan Etherblaster (ISA)...
Software: (because some is listed here) Sendmail 8.7.5, Samba
1.9.16alpha1, Apache 1.0.3..

I'm still running fine with 1.3.72.
With 1.3.75, I get a continuous errors on the screen while I login, etc..
