1.3.75 had a bug in DMA memory allocation with kmalloc() - that shows up
with some SCSI drivers and potentially with some network drivers (does
the etherblaster use DMA?). Anyway, could you check out 1.3.76 which
should have that particular bug fixed (and if it still happens, please
re-send the panic messages with the appropriate symbol table information)
