I had this happen once.. Swapped out the floppy drive and it was fine.
Perhaps either that system or the one you wrote the floppy images with was
just slightly out of alignment.

Try swapping the floppy drive out. Bet it works. Either that, or maybe
copy the image files over with DOS if you can, and write them onto the
boot disks with rawrite with the machine thats going to use them.
