At this point this is a nit but not sure if this is right to use the tile_instance as the index. In the future if we chose to assign another index to the h_tile_instance, this would break. But I cant think of the use-case for that yet, Hence Reviewed-by: Abhinav Kumar <abhinavk@codeaurora.org>
