Subject[GIT PULL] workqueue fixes for v5.6-rc5
Hello, Linus.

Workqueue has been incorrectly round-robining per-cpu work items.
Hillf's patch fixes that. The other patch documents memory-ordering
properties of workqueue operations.

Thanks.
