Subject[PATCH] gpio-ml-ioh: Change company name OKI SEMICONDUCTOR to LAPIS Semiconductor

On October 1 in 2011,
OKI SEMICONDUCTOR Co., Ltd. changed the company name in to LAPIS Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
