This patch fixes an OOPS triggered when calling modprobe ipmi_si a second time after the first modprobe returned without finding any ipmi devices.
The OOPS is caused by calling pnp_unregister_driver on a (possibly) unregistered pnp driver. (Although I'm not sure why it works the first time)

Since the OOPS occurs in the current 2.6.37 release, I added stable on CC. The code exists in this form since 27d0567ab6 (2009-12-17), but could not reproduce it in 2.6.33.
