Subject[PATCH v2] headers: remove mm_types.h from sched.h
* remove mm_types.h inclusion from sched.h
* move init_mm declaration not to mm.h but to mm_types.h
to overcome header loops on sparc64
* move mm_struct related stuff to mm.h
* fix fallout
