Subject[PATCH linux-next] jsm: Fixing the return variable and removing the unused retval
Fixing the return variable and removing the unused retval.

As it was, the retval was never returned, so its assignments were
silly.
Just consolidate everything to rc, and removed the unused retval
variable.
