One suggestion:

#define MMC_CAP_4_BIT_DATA ( MMC_CAP_SD_4_BIT_DATA | MMC_CAP_MMC_4_BIT_DATA)

Then no need to change all MMC host drivers, like
drivers/mmc/host/wbsd.c
