Subject[Patch 4/6]: ext3 reservations: Turn ext3 per-sb reservations list into an rbtree.
Keep the per-sb reservations list in an rbtree, instead of a linear
list. All new reservation requests (eg. for new files) can use an
rbtree search to find the existing reservation nearest the allocation
"goal". Searching for the next free space is still by linear search
within the block group.
