SubjectFw: kernel 2.4.25 and SIS900 ethernet card ... ((( update )))

Well .. i've tried now with a realtek.. the problem persists.
What should i do? i've already recompiled the kernel too many times... same
options that 2.4.24...
2.4.24 works fine with network.. but 2.4.25 don't :(
Help me please.
