Subject[PATCH] s390 (5/6): qeth network driver.
 - Reset netdevice to defaults in offline processing.
- Fix checksumming.
- Fix routing status display.
- Get rid of _ccw_device_get_device_number in qeth.
- Inline some functions to save stack space.
