I received the following error on my server this morning when it tried to mount my jaz drive and copy some files to it. The annoying thing is that this crashed the machine. I haven't yet tried a later kernel just due to compilation problems. Anyway, can someone tell me what this error means and whether it denotes a problem with the scsi card, scsi device, or the media in the device? The card is an Adaptec AHA-2940U2W
