Subject[PATCH] Summit support for 2.5 [2/4]

This patch adds APIC support for the Summit chipset, all hidden
under CLUSTERED_APIC_XAPIC. These chips have a different
addressing mode, and a larger broadcast ID. This will change
nothing for normal boxes ....
