SubjectLinux Kernel 2.4.14 Fix
1) Either disable the loop device.

or

2) I've picked this up on #linux on EFNet, not sure if it the correct
function, however...

Edit /usr/src/linux/drivers/block/loop.c

Change all instances (2) of deactivate_page to lru_cache_del.
