I ran make oldconfig before making that kernel, I either turned it on,
or it already was turned on. It looks like CONFIG_BLK_DEV_IDEDISK was
set to module, and CONFIG_IDEDISK_MULTI_MODE turned on, rest of the
settings where the old ones.
