SubjectCardBus interrupt delivery
After some hacking around with Tulip it looks like interrupts are not
being delivered at all... Attached are dmesg,
/proc/{interrupts,iomem,ioports}

Two datapoints of interest:
* Under 2.2.x, tulip_cb [working] runs on IRQ 3 (legacy int right?)
* Under 2.3.x, tulip [non-working] shares IRQ 9 with the TI controller

Right now I'm going through the Via 686A datasheet to make sure there
isn't anything magical that needs to be done to assign an interrupt...

I'm also gonna try booting without hotplug/cardbus support to see if the
BIOS will do nice things for me...
