I am running kernel 2.3.47-3 with the joystick drivers & agpgart compiled as modules. When i load agpgart, then load joy-analog, i get a kernel oops, and they seem to be conflicting.

I am using an ATI Rage Pro 8 MB (AGP, obviously), and an ES1373 sound chip. The ES1373 had been set to use both 0x200 and 0x218 for the joystick port, both of them fail with the above oops.
