This is a dual PIII/550 system from Penguin computing, aic7890 SCSI, eepro100 network card. The panic happened while the machine was shutting down for reboot. (It happened twice in a row, so it may be reproducible.)
Kernel is version 2.2.10-ac10 SMP compiled with gcc 2.7.2.3.
