:) I thought he meant he needs to change partition table four times to do
his job - not reboot 4 times after changing once...

Btw, I noticed this "Device busy" error from fdisk too but I ignored it
because the partition table changed successfully, i.e. I re-run fdisk and
it read it back correctly.
