Let me qualify that further. It seems that other CD-Writers such as HP work under 2.2.X but not the CRW1622.

Writing on my CRW 1622 works fine with 2.0.35 and I can remember the latest 2.1.X versions also working fine. I have tried a couple of 2.2.X releases and they all give the following errormessages:
