Well the fun thing is the cdrom is doing 2.5meg/s while the HD is sucking much butt at 150-170kps :/

1001.root@kinder:/root>> hdparm -X66 -d1 /dev/hdd
/dev/hdd: setting using_dma to 1 (on) setting xfermode to 66 (UltraDMA mode2) using_dma = 1 (on)
1003.root@kinder:/root>> hdparm -i /dev/hdd
/dev/hdd:
Model=CD-ROM 32X/AKU, FwRev=U12I, SerialNo= Config={ SpinMotCtl Removeable DTR<=5Mbs DTR>10Mbs nonMagnetic } RawCHS=0/0/0, TrkSize=0, SectSize=0, ECCbytes=0 BuffType=0(?), BuffSize=0kB, MaxMultSect=0 DblWordIO=no, maxPIO=4(ata), DMA=yes, maxDMA=2(fast) (maybe): CurCHS=0/0/0, CurSects=0, LBA=yes, LBAsects=0 tDMA={min:120,rec:150}, DMA modes: *mword0 mword1 mword2 IORDY=on/off, tPIO={min:227,w/IORDY:120}, PIO modes: mode3 mode4 UDMA modes: *mode0 mode1 mode2
