[1.] ll_rw_block error with Optical Device [2.] Full description of the problem/report:
I prepared a MODisk with "fdisk -b 2048 /dev/sdb" and "mke2fs -b 2048 /dev/sdb1". After removing and inserting the disk I got the following in "/var/log/syslog"

I don't understand the 22 (22 block Second IDE hard disk/CD-ROM interface) sd(8,16) is /dev/sdb (major 8, minor 16)
