This one happened when trying to zip 2 files on a FAT32 partition. zip segfaulted, a few seconds after the bash that ran it locked up too
633 renaudg 0 0 864 864 652 D 0 0.0 0.6 0:00 bash
and the xterm they were in won't close too.
What I think is strange is that "top" shows a near 1.00 load and yet: CPU states: 1.9% user, 0.3% system, 0.0% nice, 97.9% idle at the same time. My procps version is 1.2.9
In the same way, wmmon (windowmaker load & cpu usage) displays a 1.00 load average but no cpu usage.
I could kill -15 the xterm, but the bash won't even go with kill -9
Vfat is compiled as a module
BTW, I noticed in some pre6 or pre 4 ac patch that "netstat -A inet" does not display connections to the outside made on behalf of a masqueraded box. This differs from 2.0, is it an expected behavior ?
