I am pleased to report that my Hauppauge Win/Tv card (a BT848 with an MSP3430G audio processor) is now finally able to run under a stock kernel with working sound and video. Wahoo!
I do notice that I am only able to tune to channels in the UHF range though, i.e channels 2, 4, 5, 11, and 13 which I normally can receive (and which I used to be able to see under older (non-kernel) development bttv drivers) don't show up. On the lower channels, I only see a perfectly blue screen (no signal). Any ideas?
