SubjectBoo-boo in 2.1.112

There's a missing "!" in the "lock_kernel()" path that I introduced by
some overly aggressive cut-and-paste, and as a result 2.1.112 is unstable
on SMP in subtle and mysterious ways. It's pretty incredible how well it
_does_ stay up despite the bug, in fact.

I'll make a 2.1.113 once I make sure there isn't anything else equally
stupid I've done (my current kernel has some fascist debugging code added
to make sure it is consistent now).
