SubjectManpage Maintainer, where are you?
Hello,

I *know* this is not a kernel bug, but it *is* kernel-related (before
someone acuses me of wasting vger's disk space) because potentially (and
in practice) trying to use poorly documented kernel interfaces may cause
bogus "kernel bug" reports.

I mean many of us probably find things at work using some other UNIX
versions and kindly check the corresponding stuff on Linux, so it would be
nice to know who is the maintainer of every single bit of Linux.
