SubjectRe: Hard Lockup on 2.1.106
applied 2.1.106ac1, played a sound file and got:

Too much work in interrupt on uart401 (0x6E756F53). UART jabbering??

after it completed. The sound file played fine, and it didn't lock. I have
my sound driver compiled into the kernel (no module support).

/proc/interrupts:

CPU0
0: 31603 XT-PIC timer
1: 627 XT-PIC keyboard
2: 0 XT-PIC cascade
3: 2709 XT-PIC serial
5: 13 XT-PIC soundblaster
13: 0 XT-PIC fpu
14: 42415 XT-PIC ide0
15: 80 XT-PIC ide1
NMI: 0

let me know if anything else would be of use...
