Hello,
This is just a note to you dear subscribers, that these lists are being watched, and if somebody commits stupid things on the list -- like looping messages back to the list thru whatever "neat" software the user may have, said user will be removed from the list without further comments anywhere.
Also if user's mailer stays down for 3 or more days so that list messages start to bounce, given user is very likely to be removed from the list.
Remember, you are allowed for 3 days (play safe: 2 days) of MTA temporary operational failure, but then you MUST have your mailer up and running, or you will be removed from these, and many other lists. (If your "temporary" failure reports: "User unknown", the first bounce is eligible to cause your subscription to be revoked..)
