SubjectSystem.map

There doesn't seem to be any way to verify that a System.map file
matches up with the running kernel or with an oops. It is better
to get hex than garbage. This affects /bin/ps at least, and I'd
expect it to affect ksymoops too.

Perhaps the following header wouldn't break existing code:

c0100000 A kernel_cookie_is_bae28feb0bf63cce

The data could be created from /dev/urandom when the kernel
is compiled, printed with an oops, and available in /proc.
