Subject/proc/stat:btime is not constant.
Hello,

The btime field of /proc/stat is documented in proc(5) as the boot time in
seconds since the Epoch. But running watch -n 1 cat /proc/stat shows that
it fluctuates +/- 1 second from time to time, on both UP and SMP (running
2.1.129 and 2.1.130 and 2.1.126).

Regards,
Tigran

PS. Thanks to someone who mentioned watch(1) command here today. I did not know
it existed and was about to write one (actually, I did for a particular case
that I needed to watch)!
