Hi, Has anyone had problems with the SMC EtherPower II network card under linux? This card has some significant problems under NetBSD and FreeBSD which are apparently caused by bugs in the hardware. My card freezes up every now and then when in 10Mbps mode (with device timeout messages from the kernel), which can only be fixed by a power cycle. If it works fine under linux, I'm hoping I'll be able to compare the driver code to the NetBSD code and possibly fix the problems.
Thanks, Rick
