Hi, Is the list of disks, starting from "gendisk_head", used anymore after boot? I supose the list is not always actualized when a driver (compiled as a module) is being removed or incorrectly initialized. A problem appears if one tries to load a driver again (list becomes circular).
I think the problem exists in many drivers in 2.1.55... -- ======================================================================= Andrzej M. Krzysztofowicz ankry@mif.pg.gda.pl phone: (48)(58) 47 14 61 fax: (48)(58) 47 28 21 Faculty of Applied Phys.& Maths, Technical University of Gdansk, Poland
