Actually, I'm reviving this project (SCSI IP that is, someone else will have to do peripheral locking). I've found most of the bits and pieces I need, and bought hardware yesterday. I'm going to start with an NCR 53C8xx driver, on the assumption that it will be popular because the cards are fast and cheap. After that, there seems to be enough information available to do the Adaptec aic7xxx cards.
I'll hopefully be writing the list in a few weeks, asking for beta testers for the NCRs.
