Hi,
There's a piece of software I'd like to try to get working on Linux. I've got a version which runs on Solaris x86/UnixWare, and I'll be using iBCS to (hopefully) get the non-Linux binary running.
The install guide, however, calls for some unix-kernel modifications. I'm not sure how to translate the non-Linux instructions to Linux.
For Solaris x86 systems, it says to include the following lines in the file /etc/system:
forceload: sys/msgsys forceload: sys/semsys forceload: sys/shmsys
set semsys:seminfo_semmni=100 set semsys:seminfo_semmns=500 set semsys:seminfo_semmsl=100 set shmsys:shminfo_shmmax=2048000
Any advice/assistance would be EXTREMELY helpful!!!
Thanks a lot in advance...
Peter
