I'm seeing the reverse:

13:46:59> uname -a
Linux linux 2.0.7 #1 Tue Jul 16 14:00:47 BST 1996 i486
13:47:03> cat /proc/loadavg
0.00 0.00 0.00 2/55 204

Since I have X and over 50 processes running, this seems unlikely.
