Hi,
is it possible to boot a Linux system with the first message on the screen being the Login prompt? E.g. no confusing bootinfos on the console? How could this be done, i.e. patching printk()?
Is it possible to use Linux on an Intel platform without a graphics card by configuring the console to be a serial port?
Please reply via email directly to me (hr@brewhr.swb.de)
