Subjectfree page, IP, and BIO errors on 1.99.8
OK, here is an interesting mess that happened under 1.99.8. I've never seen
this "BIO:" message before. This occured while deleting a directory tree on
the local system, and copying another directory tree at the same time over NFS.

This machine has 8MB of RAM and 16MB of swap. At the time, there was about
4MB of swap in use.
