SubjectPPP module w/ CSLIP enabled.

Blech, I sent a message last week sometime, no response from
vger, so I'll assume that it got eaten up.

I'll make it short, why are slhc_* symbols no longer exported
from ksyms.c when CSLIP support is compiled yes into the kernel
and PPP is chosen to be compiled as a module? The slhc_* symbols
were taken out of ksyms.c in 1.3.58. Configure.help says
PPP won't build if CONFIG_MODVERSIONS is set. I choose module
support, but not CONFIG_MODVERSIONS, since I compile my modules
with every kernel release.
