Subject[PATCH] cpuidle/powernv : init all present cpus for deep states
Date
Init all present cpus for deep states instead of "all possible" cpus.
Init fails if the possible cpu is gaurded. Resulting in making only
non-deep states available for cpuidle/hotplug.
