Subject[PATCH] [SCSI]: megaraid: avoid sleeping on spinlock

GFP_KERNEL may cause pci_pool_alloc() sleep,
so we need use GFP_ATOMIC instead of GFP_KERNEL.

Found by Linux Driver Verification project (linuxtesting.org).
