Hi
Just some info in case it helps. Not detailed, but I'm a busy guy... just in case this helps.
This is with 2.4.18-3
I ran the Oracle installer and it failed for some reason. Nevermind - some compat libs missing. It happened twice, that's mine to fix. When I exit it it gives me the Jun 5 09:05:55 rlpc kernel: Trying to vfree() nonexistent vm area (c38a5000) and a while later the rest. top doesn't work anymore after that and I rebooted. The whole thing happened again.
I upgraded to Jun 5 14:09:15 rlpc kernel: Linux version 2.4.18-4 (bhcompile@daffy.perf.redhat.com) (gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.3 2.96-110)) #1 Thu May 2 18:10:25 EDT 2002 and then the only the Jun 5 15:39:36 rlpc kernel: Trying to vfree() nonexistent vm area (c38a2000) happened.
FUNNY CONFIGURATION ... MAYBE
RAID0 OVER TWO IDE DISKS FOR SWAP + ANOTHER NORMAL SWAP ON 1 OF THE DISKS
