SubjectOops problem ( while RHL 6.2 shutdown )

<DIV><FONT size=2>I've been seeing this problem, also, since RH 6.0. Since it
seemed benign, I never worried about it. reboot works perfect. I am using a
stock RH 6.2 kernel on a DFI K6BV+ motherboard &amp; a K6-II 500 CPU. I've also
seen this on other&nbsp;K6 motherboard systems. This particular one is based on
the VIA MVP3 chipset. Hopefully this tidbit of information helps.</FONT></DIV>
